Yes, wonderful investment. After I bought my doll here, I received an email from them confirming that all my adjustments were correct. They also… They gave me an estimated time for production and shipping. They let me know that there would be some minor delays in shipping due to COVID, but they worked hard to make sure it wouldn’t be too long. It was only delayed a couple days. Throughout the process and afterward, they sent me helpful links. These links were very useful for doll care and other tips such as storage and accessories.
