Yes, a very pleasant ordering experience indeed from the site! All communications were replied to with a fast response, never more than a day unless additional info was required out of the manufacture, most quick questions were answered on the spot, despite the time zone differences. My doll arrived in perfect condition and is gorgeous. Customer service staff was very helpful all the time and aided me in all parts I did not understand. Definitely will order again.
